The District’s Office of Planning created a dedicated Chevy Chase Small Area Plan website that served as a hub for all the information residents might seek about the Chevy Chase Small Area Plan. There, residents could participate in a survey, sign up for email updates, view upcoming as well as past events, access the latest schedule, and learn about the work of the Community Advisory Committee (CAC). Examples of previously conducted small area plans across the District can be found here.
From Fall 2021 through Spring 2022, ANC 3/4G hosted a series of information exchanges with planning experts, advocates, and officials to engage our community in conversations on topics of relevance to help make informed decisions as it relates to the Chevy Chase Small Area Plan.
