NW Opportunity Partners CDC proposes alternative to city surplus/disposition process for ANC consideration

In response to growing concern over disposal of public land at the Chevy Chase Civic Complex, NW Opportunity Partners CDC has developed and provided an alternative for ANC 3/4G’s consideration that would keep the land in city ownership/long-term stewardship for the life of the project. You can read the proposed alternative here.
