ANC 3/4G Special Town Hall Meeting: Task Force on Racism Draft Reports November 16, 2020
Goals​: To present Three Workgroup Draft Reports and to obtain Community Questions and Comments

Agenda:

6:45 PM ANC Commissioners Speck, Tuck-Garfield, and Malitz join Zoom early to review the agenda and improve any technical aspects of the Virtual Town Hall.

7:00 PM All Remote Participants join Virtual Town Hall.7:00-7:10 Commissioner Speck, ANC 3/4G Chair, welcomes Remote Audience, Introduction of Commissioners, and Purpose of the Virtual Town Hall – gathering Chevy Chase DC community questions and comments on draft reports
7:10-7:15 Commissioner Tuck-Garfield provides Background of Task Force, Ground Rules, Format and Review of Technical Aspects
7:30 – 8:00 Panel of 3 Workgroups’ Representatives: Community, Education & Health, and Housing. A Moderator will pose questions to each Workgroup representative about the specific work, recommendations, goals, etc.
8:00– 9:00 Question & Answer Session Open to Meeting Attendees. This session will be facilitated by Commissioner Speck. All attendees must virtually “raise hands”. Each question will be limited to a 3 minute time period. One question per attendee until everyone has had an opportunity to speak.
9:00 Commissioner Speck discusses Virtual Town Hall Wrap-up/Next Steps
